In January 2018, Australia based Global Patient Portal (GPP) partnered with PeopleLink to launch Netik, Quick Clinic, an online healthcare consultation platform for the Indian market. The platform was built to connect patients with doctors over the internet for remote video consultations, online medicine ordering and medical diagnostics within a single app.

The idea behind Netik, Quick Clinic was simple: make consulting a doctor as easy as a phone call. Patients could connect from home or office on a mobile device, laptop or desktop, securely share and store medical images and e-prescriptions, and order medicines prescribed during the session. The platform was designed to ease access for elderly and pediatric care and to remove long queues and expensive hospital transits.

PeopleLink continues this work today through its healthcare and telemedicine solutions, which connect patients and doctors with secure video consultations, remote patient monitoring and electronic record keeping. The current doctor to patient consultation platform, inClinic, helps clinics and hospitals run virtual OPDs and go paperless.
